Education and Research supports the work of faculty, staff, students, and residents. We promote foundational competencies for information retrieval and evidenced-based practice by embedding library instruction into curriculum in Canvas and course lectures. Meet with our librarians one-on-one for research consultations or advice on scholarly publishing.

HAYLEY YORDING, MLS
Position: Research & Education Librarian
Bio: I provide research and education support to the School of Public Health, the School of Health Professions.
Areas of Experience: My areas of experience include education, evidence-based practice, systematic reviews, literature searching, and embedded librarianship.

Position: Research & User Experience Librarian
Bio: I provide research and education support for the School of Biomedical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, as well as work with the campus community to deliver quality resources and services.
Areas of Experience: My areas of experience include education, information literacy, evidence based practice, NIH bioinformatics resources, and music theory.

Position: Associate Director, Education, Research & Engagement
Bio: I oversee the professional development of our educators as well as the course and module offerings included in our Education Catalog.
Areas of Experience: My areas of experience include education, research methods, curriculum and assessment, scholarship and publishing, organizational theory and leadership, differentiated instruction using technology, criminology, advanced information retrieval, and appraisal..
