Study space is accessible 24/7 for UNT Health students, faculty, staff, and guest members only. A valid UNT Health badge is required for entry. Otherwise, the library remains closed to visitors.

Lost & Found

A lost and found bin is located in the badge-accessible, Self-Service Checkout area on the library's main floor.

  • Lost and found items are removed on the first working Monday of the month, or when the bin reaches maximum capacity. All unclaimed items will be donated.
  • Travel cups, lunch pouches, and other such items should be emptied of perishable content (i.e., food and beverages) prior to placement in the bin.
  • Unhygienic items should be thrown away and not placed in the bin.
  • Any items with personal identification information will not be placed in the bin and an attempt will be made to contact the owner. 
  • High-value items (e.g., technology, wallets, jewelry) will be held in LIB-222 (817-735-2465) until the end of the day, and then taken to the UNT Health Police Department (817-735-2210) for safekeeping.
 

Parking

Lewis Library is accessible via public transit, with a Trinity Metro bus stop (Route 2) located near the intersection of Camp Bowie and Montgomery Streets. Campus parking is administered through the UNT Health Parking Office.
