Comment: I know that the third floor is collaborative floor, but there is a consistent group of people who yell/talk extremely loudly. It is still a library and inside voices are appreciated. what can i do to address this issue in the future because they are in here every single day. Submitted on Wednesday, November 20, 2019

Comment: I just wanted to let you know that the last block of wooden desk cubicles on the fourth floor (closest to elevators) does not seem to be connected to any electricity source! The lights and plugs do not work in any of the cubicles. Thanks! Submitted on Wednesday, June 5, 2019

Response: Thank you for your comments. We are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Comment: The custodians talk very loudly on the fourth floor to each other and on their cell phones. Is it possible to inform them that the fourth floor is a quiet floor and to ask them to whisper? Thanks! Submitted on Thursday, February 21, 2019

Response: Thank you for your comments. We are going to talk to the head of custodial services immediately. It is always helpful to hear from you when there are concerns related to the intended noise levels for each of our unique floors in the library building. We are currently working on making reminder signage more prominent on each of the floors, increasing our staff presence, and reaching out to our campus colleagues to share the reminder about quiet study areas.
